Janise Carmichael is currently a junior at the University of Rochester and pursuing a double major of Psychology and Spanish. She is second year student working in the Frederick Douglass Institute for African & African American Studies. She is also very actively involved in the Black Students' Union, Xclusive Step Team, and a freshman Resident Adviser.
