Study Abroad Expo 2011

Study Abroad Expo 2012

Friday, February 3, 2012
Wilson Commons, May Room and Bridge Lounge
1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

The Study Abroad Expo is designed to help students learn more about the overseas opportunities available to them. This year it is being co-sponsored by the Center for Study Abroad, the Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the Office of Minority Student Affairs, the McNair Program, the Office of the Dean of Freshmen, and the Office of the Dean of Sophomores.

The Expo features study abroad programs with which the University of Rochester has formal affiliations. There are information tables for all UR affiliated study abroad programs, as well as other semester, year, and summer international opportunities. In addition to study abroad program representatives, study abroad returnees are available to share information and advice based on their own study abroad experiences.

Representatives from the Financial Aid Office, the College Career Center and various other departments are also on hand to advise students about how study abroad fits in to their overall University career.
