What’s this?
This proposal form is not a commitment to study abroad, nor is it an application to a particular program. It is a required, formal declaration to The College that you are considering study abroad for the coming semester. All students who intend to study abroad, whether on programs sponsored by UR, or on other institutions' programs, need to file this proposal. Please submit this proposal on-line by September 15 for Spring programs, or February 1st for fall or full-year programs. Late applications will not be reviewed.
Once I’m done with the proposal, what do I do next?
Each program (whether UR or non-UR) has its own application which must be completed. UR program deadlines are posted in the Study Abroad Resource Library and in the Study Abroad Handbook.
Can I go for more than one semester?
