Meliora Weekend

Meliora Weekend is a unique and exciting fall event involving 6,000 alumni, parents, and students university-wide. During this celebration, which encompasses family weekend, reunion and homecoming you have many opportunities to meet and interact with alumni. Increase your interactions by volunteering to help at events!

This fun and competitive Spirit Week event tests current students’ knowledge of random University and pop culture trivia. Each year, a grand prize is awarded to the team of students with the highest Rochester IQ.

Major Declaration Celebration

The Major Declaration Celebration recognizes and celebrates the significant collegiate milestone of declaring a major, and provides members of the sophomore class with the opportunity to meet and chat with other students, faculty, and alumni from their newly declared majors.
