Young Alumni—Relocation Guide
Cap & Compass, an Alabama based company, produces products and services that focus on explaining the "life skills" needed after college.
As a gift to our graduates, the University of Rochester Office of Alumni Relations and the Rochester Fund have paid the fees to access this valuable online information to aid the relocation process.
These web-based "Starter Kits" help new graduates make the move to a new city! Features include:
- Easy access to forms: driver's license, auto registration, voter ID
- Contact information: cable companies, phone, electric
- Local insight: neighborhoods, getting an apartment, prices, the city
- Candid feedback: from grads currently living in the cities
How does it work?
Simply go to the Cap & Compass Log-in page and type in:
Username: Rochester
Password: Alumni
Then select one of the over 30 metropolitan cities they cover. Enjoy!
