Attendants are encouraged to bus, bike, walk, or carpool to the conference whenever possible (see bike/bus information below).

Friday:

Free Parking will be located in the East River Road Complex located in South campus on East River Road. [friday parking map]

There will be free shuttle buses that will take you from River Road Complex to the conference site.

Shuttle Bus times:
Every 15 minutes starting at 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Every 20 minutes starting at 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Every 15 minutes starting at 7:45 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Campus parking: There is imited space on campus. Stop at information booth to pay for a parking pass and check for availability. Parking permits are required on River Campus 7:30am to 7:00pm, except on weekends. Reserved spaces are reserved at all times.

Saturday:

Parking on Campus is free on Saturdays. The closest parking lots are Intercampus Drive Lot, Crittenden Lot and South Lot. Reserved spaces are not available at any time.

Public Transportation

Bicycles

Bicycle racks are located throughout the University. Bicycles may not be parked next to sign posts, trees, light poles, or handrails and are not allowed to be brought into the University buildings.
