The conference will be held on the University of Rochester River Campus in Hutchinson Hall (Hubbell Auditorium), the Computer Studies Building, and the brand-new Goergen Hall. Here is location information
On-site registration will be limited, and banquet tickets will sell out early. Registration is open in Hutchinson Hall on Friday from 8:30Am-9:30AM, and 11:30-12:30.
The conference fee allows admission into all talks and panels on the days you register for, and includes coffee breaks. On Friday it also includes the local food banquet at the end of the day, and on Saturday it includes a local food lunch and a reception at the end of the day.
Organizations within the University have provided support for the conference, allowing the fee to be less than one half of the actual cost of the event.
If you want to attend the free workshops, you still need to register even if you are not attending the main conference. This allow us to make arrangements for the right number of people and to reserve a space for you in case we run out of room.
Sliding Scale Registration
If you would like to attend but cannot afford the standard registration fee, you may choose the discounted alternative that you can afford. If you are able to donate to the conference to make the sliding scale possible, please contact us.
Online Registration
On-line registration is now closed. Call 330-4410 to reserve a place,
then print out the registration form and bring with payment to the conference.
We will accept checks and credit cards.
Mail-in Registration
Download a registration form and mail it in along with a check.
