Service Requests for Classroom and Non-Classroom Locations

  • Event and Classroom Management (ECM) will provide basic services to classroom locations in academic buildings, Wilson Commons, and O’Brien Hall.
  • Events that require support beyond basic service will incur hourly costs for staff and rental of equipment. For a complete list of charges, see our fees page
  • Equipment provided by ECM is to be installed, operated and removed by ECM staff only.
  • Service requests for events made with less than 8 days notice (or 15 days notice for programs involving live performances) will incur an additional service charge.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your event. In spite of the cancellation, charges may still be incurred. For a complete list of charges see our fees page

Hours and Availability

Service Availability

ECM relies heavily on undergraduate students to provide the services we offer. During heavy event periods, University breaks or study/exam periods, it may be necessary to hire an outside audio visual company to provide the required services. ECM will assist you with contacting an authorized service provider.
