Subscriptions

Subscriptions are $30 for individuals ($25 for students and primary and secondary teachers) and $60 for institutions. All subscriptions are by the volume (four issues per year) and begin with the summer issue (the subscription year runs July 1 to June 30). Payments received after the summer issue will be applied to the four issues of the current volume. Non U.S. addresses (except Canada and Mexico) require a $15 surcharge for surface delivery, or $20 for airmail. Valid forms of payment are check, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), bank draft, or international money order in U.S. currency. Please make checks/money orders payable to Blake/An Illustrated Quarterly. Contact us if you require an invoice or receipt or need information about subscription agency rates.
