Michael Herman is the Founder and Artistic Director of The Outer Loop Theater Experience. He teaches playwriting and theater at his alma mater, SUNY Brockport, and acting at SUNY Geneseo. Michael is a playwright, actor, director and producer. His plays include Chasing the Dragon, Tripping Max and Language Fails. A two-time recipient of the Schubert Fellowship, Michael graduated with an MFA in Dramatic Writing from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a member of The Dramatists Guild, and holds a BA in both English and Theater from SUNY Brockport.
