2013 Research Symposium Cover

Please join us for the Kearns Center Research Day on July 26th.

The Kearns Center Research Day consists of research presentations by the Ronald E. McNair Post Baccalaureate Achievement Program Scholars and the Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences Xerox Engineering Fellows.

These undergraduates spend June and July at the University of Rochester, conducting research for 40+ hours a week under the guidance of a faculty mentor.  This research can be continued into the fall semester as an independent study.

Oral presentations by the McNair Scholars will be from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm in Hoyt Auditorium.  The Xerox Engineering Fellows' poster presentation session will be from 3:40 pm to 4:50 in the Hoyt Auditorium Foyer.

This event is free and open to the public.  Please encourage your colleagues to attend.
