Peter McLoone
I am a senior in the Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) department at the University of Rochester. I am enrolled in the ECE department's 3-2 Program which allows me to achieve both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree following a fifth year. I am originally from Merchantville, New Jersey. My interest in computer engineering comes from summer employment experiences in Information Technology, and personal work building and customizing desktop computers. Studying in the ECE Department has helped me to understand my strengths and weaknesses in a number of areas and further refined my abilities in analysis and design of all things related to computing. I greatly enjoy the opportunity to participate in the Xerox Research Fellows program and the experience has me actively considering further graduate study past acquiring my MS.
