Study Tip of the Week
Do you start your study sessions with the intention of sitting at your desk straight through for hours of work, only to find that your concentration breaks down after a while? Instead, try studying in chunks of time: 40-50 minutes of concentrated work followed by a 5-10 minute stand-up-and-stretch break, then another 40-50 minutes of study, and so on. We get very favorable feedback from students about this study approach--let us know how this works for you!
