We’re gearing up for YEA! 2008-2009
Future moguls put on your thinking caps, because the program’s application deadline is May 1, 2008. The Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) is a year-long program that teaches middle and high schools students how to start, set-up and run their own REAL businesses.
YEA! at the University of Rochester (for students living in Monroe, Ontario, Orleans and Wayne counties) runs during the academic year from September to May, on Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
YEA! at SUNY Geneseo (for students living in Genesee, Livingston, Seneca, Wyoming and Yates counties) runs during the academic year from September to May, on Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The program gives students the opportunity to meet and pick the brains of entrepreneurs and business mentors, as well as take their dreams and career goals to the next level.
The Application Process is Easy!

Once all the materials are received, applicants will be asked to come to campus for an interview. Acceptance into the program is based on all aspects of an application, as well as the personal interview. Scholarships are available.

This summer’s courses take students at all levels, to help improve their English language skills.
Choose from two different programs: “English as a Second Language: General Skills” or “English as a Second Language: Teaching Assistants.”
