PhD, UCLA, 2000. Positive political theory, comparative political institutions. He has published articles in the American Journal of Political Science, British Journal of Political Science, Economics Letters, Economic Theory, European Journal of Political Research, International Journal of Game theory, Journal of Economic Theory, Legislative Studies Quarterly, Mathematical and Computer Modeling, Quarterly Journal of Political Science, and Theoretical Economics. Recent publications include "Rationalizable Voting," Theoretical Economics (2010), "A Reputational Theory of Two-Party Competition," Quarterly Journal of Political Science (2009), "Proposal Rights and Political Power," American Journal of Political Science 2006), “Regularity of Pure Strategy Equilibrium Points in a Class of Bargaining Games,” Economic Theory (2006), and "A Three-Player Dynamic Majoritarian Bargaining Game," Journal of Economic Theory (2004). Teaches game theory, political economy, and comparative institutions.
