National Conference on Undergraduate Research—Timeline
Timeline for students to receive support to attend NCUR:
- November 1:
- Completed applications are received at the Office of Undergraduate Research by email, for review. Applicants and their advisors will be notified by the Office of Undergraduate Research in 7-10 days after the submission date.
- December 1:
- Deadline for applicants to complete NCUR's online application and abstract submission process.
- Late January:
- Notices of acceptance or rejection of abstracts are sent by email to each student directly from the NCUR organizers. Students notify the Office of Undergraduate Research of the application status. Once funding is secured, students accepted to NCUR register on-line.
- February-April:
- The Office of Undergraduate Research arranges to travel and remains in contact with students in preparation for the group trip.
- April:
- Pre-departure meeting and trip to NCUR!
