National Conference on Undergraduate Research—Timeline

Oct. 16, 2011: Proposals, CVs, letters of reference due to the Office of Undergraduate Research.
Nov. 9, 2011: Notification by Office of Undergraduate Research on whether or not to proceed to submit abstract.
Nov. 15, 2011: Students who have been selected for sponsorship must submit an abstract to the NCUR organization before November 15. See the NCUR web site for instructions on how to do this. During this process, please list UnderGradResearch@ur.rochester.edu as the email of one of your mentors/sponsors (so that we get notified of the status of your abstract submission along with you).
Jan. 6, 2012: Students will be notified about decisions on abstracts.
Thursday, March 29 - Saturday, March 31, 2012: Dates of conference. The optimal travel days will be March 28 and 31.
