University phone books ready for delivery

The new 1997-98 Faculty/Staff Telephone Directories will be distributed to River Campus, South Campus, Eastman School of Music, Memorial Art Gallery, and University Properties this week (the week of September 29).

The distribution for Medical Center, Strong Memorial Hospital, and Ambulatory Center/Lobby will be Wednesday, October 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at a new distribution location on the ground floor in the north corridor of the Medical Center. Departments must pick up their directories during these hours. There will be no other scheduled distribution.

The University is asking that everyone recycle the old directories by dropping them in one of the following Dumpster locations:

Medical Center--Loading Dock 5, Room G-4900 area, September 29, through October 2; Distribution location, October 1 only.
River Campus--Corner of Trustee Road and Intercampus Drive, September 29 through October 2
All other locations--North side of Goler House, September 29 through October 2.
