With this first issue of the 1998-99 academic year, Currents resumes biweekly publication. Our next issue comes out September 14. Submit story ideas, briefs, calendar items, and classified ads by noon, Tuesday, September 8. (The usual week-before deadline, Monday, is Labor Day.)
