"HARMANIZING"--David Harman, professor of music and director of orchestral activities in the College, conducts the Chamber Orchestra during a recent practice in Strong Auditorium. Next month, the group will record its first CD, featuring Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 and Yet the Star and Lilac Hold Me, by Eastman graduate Jeremy Gill. Proceeds from the recording will help fund a tour of northern Italy in May 1999.
