S-T-R-E-T-C-H! Students try shedding mid-semester stress during a yoga class sponsored by University Health Service. They were among some 50 students who recently stopped by the community room in Tiernan Hall to learn more about (and benefit from) alternative therapies, including chiropractic and massage. The event was part of a month of UHS activities celebrating fitness of mind and body.
