RE:	February and March Billing

On January 25, 1999, University Facilities and Services implemented a new facilities administrative management information system (FAMIS). We are confident FAMIS will help us provide our customers with the best possible service.

As a result of our switching from Trimax to FAMIS, there was no billing in February or March 1999. Our first billing with FAMIS will be April 24, 1999. This means any work orders or service requests initiated after January 25, 1999, will not bill until April 24, 1999. We are still billing through our old system to finalize any work initiated prior to January 25, 1999.
