Growth leads to redesign of URMC Web site

T he Medical Center's Web site has a brand-new look. The Web Services Department of the Edward G. Miner Library, with input from public relations and marketing personnel, has redesigned the URMC front page and developed a template for program and departmental pages relating to education and research.

Peter Robinson, Medical Center vice president and chief operating officer, recently announced the distribution of a "Standards and Guidelines" document, which details the policies governing the new look. This document is being distributed to all current Web authors and also is available online at www.urmc.rochester.edu/miner/web/Policy/.
