A DAY OF RECOGNITION--The inauguration of Thomas LeBlanc (left) as the Robert L. and Mary L. Sproull Dean of the College Faculty was one of the highlights of the September 10 Convocation held on the Eastman Quadrangle. President Emeritus Robert Sproull (right) and his wife, Mary, endowed a discretionary fund for the use of the College dean of the faculty of arts, sciences, and engineering, a position now held by LeBlanc. In recognition of the $2 million pledge, the dean's position was renamed.
