MOMENT OF DISCOVERY--A group of children dig in to learn more about the world around them or, in this case, beneath them. Science activities like this one are part of the ScienceStart! Curriculum developed by Lucia French of the Warner School. The curriculum embraces science as an essential part of the preschool experience.

The remaining summer publication date is August 14. Deadlines for submissions are as usual: one week prior to publication, by noon.
