'Minute-to-minute' reporting begins

ffective Sunday, February 11, the University eliminated rounding rules in the KRONOS Time Management System and moved to "minute-to-minute" time reporting.

All hourly paid staff who are KRONOS users will be paid from the point they swipe in until they swipe out. Revised KRONOS guidelines were distributed to department heads, supervisors, and administrators across the University.

Employees with specific questions regarding this change should speak to their supervisor or administrator. The TMS Web site at www.acs.rochester.edu/acs/tms.htm has been updated to reflect the revised guidelines. The changes are listed under "TMS Supervisor Quick Reference Sheet."
