Wilson Commons celebrates 25 years

ilson Commons, the I. M. Pei-designed student center dedicated on April 4, 1976, will mark its 25th anniversary with an informal open house and a series of events on Wednesday.

The line-up includes:

• Eastman Trombone Choir, noon, dining area;
• Free pizza, soft drinks, and birthday cake, 7 p.m., main lounge;
• Unity candlelight vigil, 8 p.m., front steps;
• Free showing of the movie Vertical Limits, 8:30 p.m., Gowen Room.

Free commemorative posters also will be available.
