PARK UNVEILED--Rochester Mayor William Johnson speaks at the ribbon cutting ceremony on September 26 that marked the unveiling of recent improvements to the Bausch amp; Lomb Riverside Park. "This marks the evolution of two things," says Johnson. "A strong working relationship between the University and the city and improvements to one of the great assets in our community--the Genesee River." More than $1 million has been spent to improve park aesthetics, amenities, traffic flow, and safety. |
