Tapestry of Tradition--The early days of spring play host to a wealth of color as students in full dress perform traditional dances such as the bhangra and dandia during Mela. The celebration of south Asian culture is one of many events throughout the year, such as Harambee Cultural Fair, the Masquerade Ball, and the Pan-African Exposition, where self expression and community take center stage.
