Lunch on campus. . .get 'real'

anforth Dining Center, in association with Aramark, is offering a new program for faculty, staff, and students. Real Food on Campus, which started in January, combines restaurant-style culinary options in an environment that Dining Services calls "trendy and comfortable."

The national program, implemented by food service provider Aramark at other schools such as NYU, Emerson College, and Baylor, is designed to offer customized options that meet many lifestyle needs in the same way a residential restaurant might offer made-to-order service.

Individualized "stations" such as the Grill, Home Zone, Deli, and Produce Market offer complete meals with side dishes and desserts, including vegetarian and vegan options.

To promote the new program, Aramark is offering the following spring discounts for cash, flex, and declining balance members, including faculty and staff: breakfast, $5.50; lunch, $6, and dinner, $9.
