RE: Health Care Plan Survey

Harris Interactive, known for the Harris Poll, is conducting a study on behalf of the University to learn more about employee experiences with Aetna, the third-party administrator for the University's self-funded health care plan.

Employees will be selected at random by Harris for 5 to 10 minute telephone interviews between May 19 and June 3. All responses will remain anonymous, and results will be analyzed by Harris and provided to the University in aggregate form only.

Interviewers will begin contacting employees soon. Participation in this survey is appreciated.
