Simon graduates Class of 2003
A graduate of the executive MBA program and founder of DMG, an internationally recognized management consulting company, Couch is a longtime supporter of the Simon School. In 1992, he became the first chairman of the newly formed Alumni Advisory Council and currently serves as a member of the Simon Executive Advisory Committee, where he helps to guide the progress of the Simon School and, through his company, is a leading recruiter of Simon student interns and graduates. In addition, Columb Lytle '02, CFO and global head of sales at Inline Brokers Inc., received the Richard L. Rosenthal Award for Financial Innovation, an award that recognizes innovation in the fields of investment management and corporate finance by alumni who are under 35 years of age. Lytle received the award for developing the innovative product, Direct Access. President Jackson presided over the Rochester ceremony, where Charles Plosser, who will step down on June 30 after 10 years as Simon School dean, gave a farewell salutation to the graduates. The Simon School conferred more than 350 MBA, master's, and Ph.D. degrees at this year's ceremony in the Eastman Theatre. In addition, the Simon School's executive MBA programs in Nyenrode, the Netherlands, and Bern, Switzerland, also graduated 38 and 50 students, respectively.
