GETTING A JUMPSTART--Michelle Werth, an administrative assistant for the College Career Center, offers three-year-old Jezmarie Lopez a one-on-one reading lesson at the new Rochester Jumpstart site. Werth, the site manager, is overseeing the program where University students are working with preschool children to help them gain early reading skills. (See Related Story.)
