Get the latest HRMS upgrade news

s preparations continue for the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) upgrade, members of the University community can get the latest HRMS news by visiting www.rochester.edu/hrms. There they will find regular "Upgrade Updates" from Charles Murphy, associate vice president for human resources. Additionally, monthly reports from Timothy Eldred, HRMS manager, are designed specifically for those involved with time and labor reporting.

"As time goes on, we will add items to the Web site so that it will remain a helpful general reference," Eldred says. "I encourage [employees] to consult the site and to recommend it to others."

Scheduled to go live in early July, the new human resources/payroll system is designed to gather and store employee information and manage payroll. The HRMS Web site will offer information on training sessions that are scheduled to begin in May as well as progress reports on upgrade status.
