Update: 2004 United Way Campaign

ledges to the University's 2004 United Way campaign as of April 21 total more than $851,000, a 19 percent increase in pledges compared to last year's campaign. "However, over 1,100 people who contributed last year have yet to respond," says campaign coordinator Bob Allen. "If they and new donors respond, we will reach our $1 million goal. Every pledge makes a difference in our appeal to 'take care of our own.'"
