Sign up now for NetIDs

With the new Human Resources Management System (HRMS) scheduled to go live July 6, faculty and staff will need to activate their NetIDs to access payroll statements and manage personal information. The IDs can be activated by visiting To create a NetID, faculty and staff will need their employee ID number (located on a paycheck or payroll statement) along with the last four digits of an employee's Social Security number. They will also be asked to create a password.

Full- and part-time University employees will receive information on NetIDs included in their payroll statements. Employees also can visit to view frequently asked questions regarding NetIDs.
