Meliora Weekend parking information

inimal disruption to staff parking on the River Campus is expected during Meliora Weekend, October 8 to 10. For those attending events during the day on Friday and throughout the weekend, note the following important information:

• The Information Booth on Wilson Blvd. will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.

• Once participants enter the River Campus, parking staff and signs will direct them to the open parking lots. If on-campus lots reach capacity on Friday, parking representatives will direct traffic to additional parking in the River Road lots (St. Agnes, 300 E. River Road).

• To accommodate attendees with special parking needs, limited parking will be available to faculty and staff on a first-come, first-served basis in Library Lot on Friday. Overflow parking will be available in the River Road lots.

• Shuttle service also will be provided to and from off-campus lots on Friday from 7 a.m. to midnight.

A transportation help desk will be available in the lobby of the ITS Center, located at the rear entrance to Rush Rhees Library. Center hours are Friday, 10 a.m. to midnight, and Saturday, 8 a.m. to midnight. For additional transportation information during the weekend, call x5-RIDE.
