THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS —An interfaith prayer service for the victims and survivors of Hurricane Katrina was held in the Interfaith Chapel following the College Convocation on September 9. The event featured remarks from President Seligman and Dean of the College William Scott Green as well as readings, prayers, and performances by students and chaplains—including an a cappella rendition of "Blessed Assurance" by the group Uplifted Voices (above).
