Hit those high notes
he College music department is holding auditions for several ensembles. (See schedule at right.) For most auditions, students are asked to sight-read and to perform a prepared piece of their choosing that is no more than 5 minutes long. Auditions also will be held for the Glee Clubs on September 6 and Gospel Choir on September 13. Dates for a cappella group auditions will be announced during Orientation.
Auditions for private lessons at the Eastman School of Music will be held during the first few weeks of classes. Information about all auditions will be posted on the bulletin board in the second-floor stairwell of Todd Union during Orientation.
