BIG LEAP IN WIRELESS CHIP DESIGN--Hui Wu (left), professor of electrical and computer engineering, and Ph.D. candidate Lin Zhang are working collaboratively to develop prototypes showcasing Wu's new wireless chip design. In tests, the design has shown to dramatically improve battery life for digital devices such as cell phones and laptops. (Read more.)
