As June 30, the end of the University's fiscal year, approaches, the Finance Department reminds faculty and staff to make sure all financial transactions are recorded properly and in the anticipated fiscal year. Due to the volume of activity and documents received at year end, processing can be delayed if all items are received on the last business day of the month. To alleviate the potential backlog, all Requests for Payment forms must be submitted by Friday, June 9, to the Finance Department, Towne House, Suite 260. All Payroll Reallocation Changes (Form 800) also must be submitted by Friday, June 9, to Laura Bardossi, Box PERC.
Those with questions about year-end procedures can contact Pat Reed at x5-6438. Questions concerning payroll reallocations should be directed to Laura Bardossi at
x5-7027. For other information or to access finance forms, visit www.rochester.edu/adminfinance/finance/finforms.htm.
