A Look Back: Yellowjacket Weekend

The campus was buzzing during the annual Yellowjacket Weekend, held this year on September 8 to 10. The College Convocation at noon on September 8 marked the official start, followed that afternoon by the Activities Fair. On Saturday, students filled Wilson Quad and Hirst Lounge for the tailgate luau. Tunes by the Spin Doctors set the mood, while students enjoyed the carnival rides, free cotton candy, and face-painting. As night fell, more than 4,000 fans made their way to Fauver Stadium for the Courage Bowl II to watch the football team compete against rival St. John Fisher College.
