Carpool program aids commuters
Whether the motivation is economical or environmental,
faculty and staff who are interested in carpooling have a new resource to
help them connect with other drivers. University Parking and Transportation
Services recently purchased software that will make it much easier to find
compatible carpooling matches. Beyond carpooling, the service can be used
to share rides for special events or trips. The resource, called the
University Rideshare Service, is free and access is available at
www.rochester.edu/parking.
