Memorial service for Lyman Wynne
A memorial service for Lyman Wynne, former chair of
the Department of Psychiatry, will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 23,
at the Interfaith Chapel. A reception will follow. The service is
sponsored by the School of Medicine and Dentistry.
New humanities funding opportunities
The Humanities Project is calling for proposals for
the 2007–08 academic year. Proposals should be submitted by April 27.

Spring break art classes for kids
The Memorial Art Gallery’s Creative Workshop
is offering a Creativity Camp for children ages 7 to 13. The all-day
program meets Monday through Friday, April 9 to 13. For children ages 6 to
10, the gallery is offering two morning-only options. For more

Correction
Stephen Dewhurst was incorrectly identified in the
March 5 issue. The Dean’s Professor of Microbiology and Immunology,
Dewhurst has been named senior associate dean for basic research at the
School of Medicine and Dentistry.
