In Brief
EAP’s new on-call procedure
The Strong Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is
changing its on-call procedure. All calls, emergent or otherwise, can be
directed to EAP’s main phone number at 475-0432. If a staff person is
not available, the caller will be directed to an answering service that
will contact the on-call counselor. The emergency pager number printed on
Strong EAP posters will be phased out during the next three months. For
more details, call 475-0432.
