Receive $100 for completing a health assessment
Faculty and staff and their partners enrolled in a University health care plan will receive $100 for completing the free online Health Assessment, a confidential questionnaire for identifying health needs and encouraging healthier lifestyles. The $100 is for employees only, but if both spouses work for the University, each is eligible for $100. The bonus will be credited directly to paychecks beginning in May and is subject to taxes. Complete the assessment, which takes about 15 minutes, by April 15 and be entered into a raffle for an iPod and other prizes.
