Human Resources seeks customer feedback

Chuck Murphy, associate vice president of human resources, announces a new program that aims to improve the experience and overall value of Human Resources to faculty and staff. Beginning in June, a survey will be sent to randomly selected customers shortly after a service encounter with HR by phone, email, or in person. Customers, internal and external to the University (job seekers, for example), who agree to participate will receive an email invitation from University partner Brand Integrity with a link directing them to a secure, web-based survey that should take no more than two minutes to complete. “We want to know your thoughts and opinions concerning our services,” Murphy says. “Please take the time to provide us your feedback so we can continually improve the way we work with you. We appreciate the continued opportunity to be of service to you and look forward to being your valued HR resource.”
