Understanding the ‘unseen’ part of your paycheck
The University takes great pride in providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits program that includes health and wellness options, retirement program, tuition benefits, and more, as shown here in the sample chart.
Ready for a full-picture view of your 2012 compensation? The Benefits Office encourages you to look at your 2012 Total Compensation Statement, which illustrates the full value of your wages and benefits together. The statement is available by logging into the HRMS website with your NetID and clicking the box labeled “Total Compensation Statement.”
As an added incentive, the first 250 employees who view their reports will be rewarded with two movie tickets.
If you would like more information on any of the benefits described in your statement, visit the Benefits website at www.rochester.edu/benefits, or call 275-2084.
