University receives rare book donation
Early in his career, famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright designed and hand printed a book edition of The House Beautiful, a popular essay written by Unitarian minister William Gannett in 1895. Rochester’s First Unitarian Church has donated a rare copy of the book to the University’s Department of Rare Books, Special Collections, and Preservation.
