New Xerox print services available
The University has partnered with Xerox to provide print center services as well as management and maintenance of leased departmental copier and multifunction devices.
The full-service Xerox Print Center, located in the Medical Center, offers project consultation and document production and publishing services, including professional black and white and color documents on paper or electronic media, as well as high-speed, high-volume digital printing. The print center offers multiple finishing options and wide format and poster printing.
Xerox is also launching an u pdated online job submission tool that enables users to get job price estimates and upload documents to be produced at the print center. Completed print jobs can be picked up at the print center or delivered to University locations within 10 miles.
For departmental office needs, Xerox Print Services provides an on-site help desk for supplies and service, which is integrated with the University’s IT help desks. Rather than contacting the equipment vendor, Medical Center users can request device support by contacting the ISD Help Desk and non–Medical Center users by contacting the IT Help Desk.
Xerox Print Services also offers secure technology that meets University security requirements and a standardized technology platform to provide consistency throughout the University.

- Medical Center, Flaum Atrium—Friday, Jan. 17,
- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- River Campus, Munnerlyn Atrium. Goergen Hall—Wednesday, Jan. 22,
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Eastman School and Highland Hospital—Place and time to be announced
