To change your directory information:
Changes should be requested in person at the Registrar's Office, 312 Lattimore Hall.
For faculty and staff:
- Personal information, including name, title, department name and mailing address can be updated using the Faculty/Staff Appointment Change Form. Please contact your department's Human Resource liaison. If you need help filling out the form, please contact the HR Service Center at 275-8747.
- If you find that the business information contained in a listing requires updates, please contact the Department Administrator. They work with University Information to maintain accurate listings. To find out the name of your Department Administrator or to notify University Information Technology of any errant listing, please contact University IT at 275-2000 or send your request to UnivITHelp@rochester.edu.
